are fully infrastructure and offer fully independent support for the fleet of diversified rigs.
Stanley Mining Services Pty Ltd operates its administration and corporate divisions from Malaga
in Western Australia. These divisions provide support to all of the group's subsidiaries

resource to ensuring strong administrative, accounting, taxation, purchasing, logistical and
human resource support for the divisions.
A Taxation Manager with significant international mining industry experience is employed in the
Perth office to provide specialist advice to the divisions in regard to international taxation
issues. Recruitment and selection of suitable technical and professional expatriate employees
is managed from the Perth office. Information technology support is also provided from Perth.
This has enabled the group to embrace and incorporate technological advancements including email
