The fully equipped Mwanza machine shop is accessible to senior workshop staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This mechanical workshop is overseen by the maintenance manager and run by a team of professional, experienced mechanics, heavy duty fitters, boilermakers and support crew who can completely fabricate, tailor, rebuild and maintain large drill rigs and support equipment.
