Ongoing safety reviews and internal and external safety system audits form an integral part of the company's operations.

The Company is committed to ongoing training for all employees. Each divisional safety co-ordinator is responsible for implementing a structured safety training program.  They are also fully supported by the Layne Christensen Company's safety division in the USA.
